Most lead services sell lists of homeowner phone numbers, charge per lead, or wrap city data in a big dashboard. We do one thing: every Wednesday morning (ET) you get the new second-unit and basement permits from Brampton and Mississauga, with the address, permit number, and a short note on the job.
We do not promise that any lead turns into a job. Check the permit before you rely on it.
Refer another HVAC or plumbing firm who becomes a paying subscriber and you get a month free. Reply to any email and ask for your referral link.
The full address, the date the city issued the permit, the type of work, the permit number, and the project value from the city permit where the city lists one. There's a link to the city's permit data on every lead. Plus a short note on why it's worth a look. No owner name or phone number: the cities don't publish those.
HVAC and plumbing. Both get the same leads for the same $45 a month: a new basement unit needs ducts, venting and heat, and a new kitchen and bathroom. Each lead says which trades it fits. Electrical and other trades are coming soon. Pick your trade on the sign-up form and we'll tell you when yours opens.
Brampton: Brampton open data. Mississauga: Mississauga open data. Every lead shows its permit number and permit date, so you can look it up. Spot a bad lead? Reply and tell us.
Two ways. By card through Stripe: $45 CAD a month, renews by itself, cancel anytime. Or by Interac e-Transfer from your bank app: $45 for one month at a time, no auto-renew.
Mississauga updates its permit data about once a month, so it runs about 4 weeks behind. This week the newest Mississauga permit is from September 29, 2026 (28 days before this week's Monday data pull). Every Mississauga lead shows its real permit date, so you always know how old it is. Brampton's data is current: this week's Brampton leads were issued Oct 21 to Oct 27.
