What does a permit lead service cost?

This page is ours. We sell the weekly Brampton and Mississauga second-unit permit email. Below is a fair compare against types of product, not brand names.

Types of product (no brand names)

City open-data search tools. Free. You dig through every permit yourself, including work you do not want.
Per-lead phone lists. Often sold one contact at a time. Cities here do not publish owner phones on these permits, so a "phone lead" for this work is usually something else.
Big permit dashboards. Usually a monthly seat for a map or CRM. Useful if you want software. Overkill if you just want Wednesday's new basement units in two cities.

As of Oct 29, 2026, the latest filtered pull held 73 Brampton leads (window Oct 21–27) and 16 Mississauga leads (window Sep 23–29). Volume changes week to week. We do not promise a count.

One basement HVAC or plumbing install commonly bills well above $45. That is why contractors subscribe. We still do not promise any lead turns into a job.
